If you are going to mention anything having to do with Super Sentai (Power Rangers), then you have to talk about the original show: the Japanese version of Spider Man. Yes, Japanese Spider Man had a giant robot, and it was a super hit in Japan.
We talked about that a little more in another April Fool’s Day episode.
I do have one complaint about the episode. No featuring Blue Oyster Cult? Or was it that they would have asked for royalties to play the original version of the song “Godzilla”?
