So I woke up this morning and got this little surprise in my inbox. Oh boy! Chop Kick Panda! I didn’t know Asylum had an animation department!(if you don’t know who Asylum is, check ’em out. But seriously, opening up the email showed a much worse Christmas surprise.
So, if you are Christmas shopping, and looking for a great gift for a younger child, please don’t fall for these obvious knockoffs.
Hehe, I saw chop kick panda on Netflix and was like “What?” Funny thing is, if you read the description is says something along the line of “In no relation to Kung Fu Panda”
Ronnie you got the invite right?
Oh yes I did, thanks for that. If your still looking for folks, I’d love to. I probably need another e-mail, I cant find the one you guys sent, and I don’t have the slightest clue on what’s needed for something like this.
I tried to watch chop kick panda, but my eye sockets started bleeding…
The Asylum doesn’t have an animation department. Chop Kick Panda was made by a studio called Renegade Animation.
It was a joke.
I can’t believe Shatner did a knock-off Puss ‘N’ Boots. It looks like a PS2 cut scene, for crying out loud.
If anyone is looking for a good alternate Puss ‘N’ Boots, I heartily recommend the 1960s anime, The Wonderful World of Puss ‘N’ Boots. great animation. Kicks a ton of ass. And good for children, too.
